yawn

okay. maybe i spoke too early.

the past week has been damn unbelievably busy at work. only knocked off at 1am on 2 days. 9am to 1am. thats 16 hours of editing, photoshoping, staring at square screens, and listening to clients and trying to fulfill their most impossible wishes.

how the hell you want me to jump cut without it looking strange? want me to jump cut 3 times in a row some more. wtf.

oh and after the 9am to 1am work day, its back to work again later at 9am. omg.

i. am. so. bloody. tired.

on the other hand;

i'm learning quite alot at work. its fun and i get to be the geek i am and play with software i never even knew about. :D and i can finally say that

"im a video editor." :)

oh by the way, i cut my hair and now the boyfriend thinks i look like:

Which PPG are you?

first week

so concludes my first week of work.

i love it!

i love my job i love my job i love my job

i love the rush i get when there's pressure to meet tight deadlines. i love the frantic running around from computer to computer. i love the constant flow of tall, good-looking people in and out of the office because there's casting. i love editing/designing projects knowing that i'll be seeing them on tv/someplace else soon.

even the waking up at 730am is okay. :D and thats a first! hahaha!

maybe its getting a little too mad because i dreamt about work last night. i was at my g5 editing. -_-

but im happy. :D and now i just need my own house. with a cat, a dog, my fish, cati and a biggg kitchen for me to bake and cook. yay!

One Hour Photo

According to The Oxford English Dictionary, the word "snapshot" was originally a hunting term.

Most people don't take snapshots of the little things. The used Band-Aid, the guy at the gas station, the wasp on the Jell-O. But these are the things that make up the true picture of our lives. People don't take pictures of these things.

If pictures have anything important to say to future generations, it's this: I was here. I existed. I was young, I was happy, and someone cared enough about me in this world to take my picture.

The shutter is clicked. The flash goes off and they've stopped time, as if just for the blink of an eye.

I just took pictures.
