a year's reflections

i've learnt that i was stronger that i thought i was. absence really does make the heart grow fonder; and it made me appreciate everything i had all the more.

being away from home and all things familiar forced me to find my independence, and learn more about myself.

this past year, i've learnt so much, laughed so much, cried so much, grown so much.

loved so much.

it's been one helluva 2008. i loved it, grateful for everything.

i daresay that i've managed to achieve most of my '08 resolutions; or at least made a good start on them.



the best part of my new year's eve?

coming home from 2-degree london in first class and spending it with B. :)

here's to 2009. may it hold as much adventure, joy and love as 2008.
